Newb question regarding these weapons. Airsoft Megastore has a DBoys K98 in it's boneyard for around $65, HOWEVER the only problems it's listed as having is a shell stuck in the barrel and the bolt being disassembled. That was one I was looking at. The other possibility that I was eyeballing was an AGM Mp40 that someone was selling used for roughly $70. It's been scratched up a bit and the magazine is lacking a spring, so I'd have to invest in a new mag. I'm thinking of just going with the MP40. Thoughts?
If you have any other options you know of please let me know, as I'm only using a CM028 at the moment and I'd like to start a kit aimed towards ww2.

i would go with the mp40 because i had a dboys kar98 and its anoying trying to pick up shells and return fire also the bolt is tough to push in also shells jam in the barrel so its not a very scrimagable gun hope that helps

I have both, the K98 required a lot of maintenance and lubrication for it to work properly and the shells are annoying in combat. The MP40 is a much better skirrmish gun. Sadly there are no hicap mags for them!

There is no problem on Earth that can not be solved with the proper application of high explosives.
