I am looking to buy an airsoft MP40. I want realism and high power. A website called Airgun Depot has two versions of the MP40, one is an AGM, the other is listed as AEG. However the AEG is nearly $60 more. Which version should I buy? (I would have to wait for the AEG version because it is out of stock till January)

Both MP40s listed on that site (TSD and Cybergun) are essentially AGM MP40s. They are rebranded, China made AGM MP40s. "AEG" is not a brand..it means "Airsoft Electric Gun".

Actually Jim, there is now a new brand called AEG. It's a rebadge of some China stuff now being made in Hong kong. They also make the MP44. However, in this case I think you are right because Asia Electric Gun doesn't make the MP40. Their web site: www.aegguns.com/
