Redwolf has just released the new marushin m1 garand. To start, I was disappointed to find out that it was 8mm unlike the 6mm they promised, although they'll probably make a 6mm later. Like the rest of their new products, no extra mags. They description said said BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM BAM PING, so I thought that it had a ping but as I clicked on the product it said no such thing. It also says that the gas system is still crooked which was something they promised to fix. Marushin said they're new garand would be cheaper, but infact it is much more expensive: 605 dollars! They had an earthquake and all so let's cut them a slack there but overall even though I may sound evil i'm dissapointed... But hey it's an m1 garand right?

They did have an earthquake but either way what were they planning on doing? Still 8mm which I don't mind that much but still come on! And the screwed up gas system still there! And before I could easily get one for $450 but now $600, do they expect us to feel bad for them or something? I know the earthquake was horrible but what were they thinking.

Maybe some of that money will help Japan... but if it really did they would be hootering and bragging about it. One thing I did notice was the wooden upgrade which they did promise for their 6mm, but the wooden upgrade turned a gun from 450 dollars to 605! If the woodent upgrade is 155 dollars then I might as well have gotten the old walnut version. Pray for the marushin 6mm m1 garand (if it comes out) but i'm convinced it will also be a waste because of this new "wooden upgrade" however marushin did say it would be cheaper... The only real hope now is the d-boys
