I was wondering if there were any U.S. units in CT. I know there is an SS unit in Southern CT, but i heard it was easier and cheaper to find/buy U.S. impressions. If there are any near CT that would be okay too. Please help.

I live in southern connecticut not really in a unit but you shouldn't have any trouble finding one I know tons of people here that are US. All my friends have paratroopers impression and some of them hae SS too and theres a few big WWII airsoft games every year in connecticut.

So what US impression do you recommend me getting? Me and 6 of my friends are paratroopers, and they are probably the most common in connecticut so I would suggest getting that since they would probably be the easiest unit to find. If you want you shouldn't have to much trouble starting your own unit. I just started back in November 2010 and I'm surprised how many of us there are in connecticut.

The Curator at the Armor Museum of Southern New England in Danbury was one of the original founders of WW2 Airsoft. He goes by Gordak although his real name is Sam. He has mostly been inactive lately due to recent challenges at the Museum but he has tons of contacts and continues to insist he will get reengaged. He has both German and 82 airborne impressions.
Cool museum by the way stop by and say hello.

Was still pretty fun though. Not sure if we will have another there this year or not. We have found a field near Albany that works well and will probably have our next game there in July. Migs and Brownien put the last one on there. If you have a connection to GZA you and your boy should try and get something going, I'd travel over, its about a 5 hour ride for me, but I don't mind.
