I just recently got the VFC BAR from umcompany.com and it's beautiful! Externals are perfect but every time I shoot it, it shoots all over the place at a 50-60 foot distance. It makes no sense because I put a 590 mm 6.01 stainless steel tightbore barrel in it (it originally came with a 509 mm) and a King Arms 80 degree hard type bucking as well; I figured it should be extremely accurate! I also put an M130 spring in it and I'm currently using .30 gram bb's with still no luck. I looked at the hopup unit and its firmly against the gearbox. Any suggestions or advice would be nice, especially from any VFC BAR owner!

I'm not familiar with the VFC hop-up, but it sounds like your nub is not effective. I had similar problems with an A&K M60, and making a nub out of a piece of 16 gauge wire sheathing allowed the bucking to engage the BB and effectively impart the backspin.
Just a thought.
