I am a 13 year old, but a rather small 13 year old at that, and I need a full outfit, from helmet to boots. Any ideas?

Might be hard to find any uniforms that fit you now. I've dealt with my son growing into uniform sizes and before he was old/big enough to fit into the uniforms that are out there, I would outfit him in Resistance clothes. Most events will allow this impression.
What's Resistance Impressions? Any type of earth tone (black, brown, green) pants with a button down collar shirt of similar color. Perhaps a suit vest and black boots would do nicely. If doing French, get a beret' hat. If your creative, you could have fun with this impression. Check old photos of French Resistance fighters on google to get more ideas.
Hope this helps.

At 13 you are prime for a significant growth spurt so any money you shell out now for an impression will likely wind up, hung up in short order. I suggest a simple costume impression for now but with the correct web gear and head gear. These items you wont grow out of. What do I mean by a costume? A GI mustard wool shirt in a small size is actually fairly common and not terribly expensive. ($20.00 or so)Look for brown wool slacks at a thrift store that are fairly close in shade. (an exact match isnt at all neccessary). A khaki trouser belt and leggings along with a jeep wool cap and you have the basic look. An actual GI M41 would be the ideal for a jacket and here again with your small size youre in luck as they are the most common sizes and most affordable. You can probably find a tattered but serviceable M41 in a small size for $45.00 or so. Failing that while perusing your local thrift shop you may find a contemporary jacket that somewhat closely mirrors the right look or an old m43 . The small sizes seem to be all youll find if you get lucky at all. The M41 was in many ways an adapted civilian field coat so many current styles come pretty close. You can find such jackets in thrift shops but this typically requires several visits to find the right look. with the wool trousers tucked into leggings and worn over some brown shoes along with the mustard shirt and jacket youre look wont be too bad and you wont break the bank putting such a costume together. By covering it all with the right web gear and suspenders along with some caked mud and perhaps a steel pot youll pass at most ww2 airsoft events.
Good luck. Realize that any clothes at this point are throw aways in 18 months as will foot gear.
