ok the pictures wont work for some reason but that could just be my comp. the barrel wobble on the thompson is infamous and there are a number of homemade or aftermarket sollutions for that. i personally made a bracket for mine and also a helluva lot of super glue. just make shure what your doing before you do it. as for the stock i dont know how to fix it. im sorry that i cant tell from the pics but is it snapped or just dissassembeled

The pock metal is clearly broken. The first thing I'd do is contact the seller and forward your pictures of the way it arrived. I can't imagine that happening in shipping unless the package was horribly mishandled and the box was very poorly packed. My guess is he knew it was broken and screwed you. If he's sold a lot of things and has all good ratings he might be innocent. I try not to buy anything major from an ebay seller who doesn't have a good track record. None of that will mean anything to you now if the guy won't assist you in making things right. Discounting some of your purchase price or offering to take it back. If you're sure he screwed you (Described it as perfect or like new or functions and looks fine) and won't recant the sale or make a reasonable adjustment burn him on his evaluation.
All that set aside you're probably hosed and will have to do what you can to fix the gun. The break is in a difficult place as you already know. With that in mind I'd carefully drill small holes into the metal at the break points so they lined up at both surfaces. I'd then glue and insert a series of small dowels (pin like sections of metal) to serve as rebar like structures to reinforce your repair. I'd use a good metal epoxy or JB weld to connect the two surfaces and allow them to dry throughly making sure the contact is aligned and tight. I'd then reassemble the gun and hope for the best. It's definitely a gun I wouldn't use a sling with ever again and unfortunately one you'll probably have to take extra care with.
Good luck both with the seller, the repair and the gun. I hope you bought it cheap!

Hey I am the seller of the gun… First off I am not screwing anyone over. I am a legit Seller and had no means of trying to ruin the experience for you… I had just bought the gun about a month earlier and was very excited to use it. It was my first AEG, and I was going to use it in the Cassino battle. I used it and had no problems. If anyone was there, such as 2nd bat you may remember me using it at the event. Second, I used a brand new box for the gun, and shreded about 2 whole newspapers to act as stuffing. It seemed fine to me and the UPS guy said it should be ok. Like I told you Edward I would pay you back if you wanted to, I am trying to do everything I can to help, but as you can see I had no idea this was going to happen. Just let me know what you want to do... Again I am really sorry this happend, I am going to go talk to the UPS today and see what they can do, since I had it insured...
