Hello, If any of you did not notice the ww2aa website disappeared off the web and somebody has snatched up the url. www.ww2airsoft.com is no longer ours But the good news is I had a new ww2aa site in the works. It looks basically like the old one but build with basic html instead of css. I have registered www.ww2aa.com and www.ww2airsoft.org for our website. ww2aa.com is working right not and ww2airsoft.org should direct people to the site within a few hours. www.ww2aa.com

okay, duh!!! i just figured it out. From now on go to ww2aa.com and access the boards from there. I like the pictures both old and new and like the way they cycle through. Great job! thanks Corporal for getting that handled. Say shouldn't someone promote you to buck SGT?

I'm still working on the "Airsoft Guns" section, the rest of the site works. I've gone through and changed some of the wording in the "Membership" and "Skirmish" page. The site was last updated in 2005, so it is slow going getting all the gun updates added.
The picture slide show spans all 11 years of WW2 airsoft's history. I was thinking once the site is completed I could have people submit pictures to be added to the slide show so we can rotate in new pics and take out the old to keep the slide show fresh.

That would be really nice. Lots of significant changes in terms of equipment and weapons offerings especially in th last five years where finally we began to see some affordable , period correct weapons that are skirmishable.

For a brief history, WW2 Airsoft Association was created by Sam Johnson and his friends. One of Sam's friends was the president, Sam was VP. I never met the President because he joined the real military by the time I joined the WW2AA. Back in the early days Sam maintained the website but after a time he passed the web hosting responsibilities to me. During that transition period I recreated the website and moved it to a new web host and was waiting for the domain registration to run out under Sam's account so I could register it under my account. The day came to register the site but I come to find out somebody snipped it out from under me. They've held onto it since 2014 and never did anything with it.
