I got a call today that Dwayne Dees has passed. He was fighting a blood infection in the Hospital in Spokane.
Some of you I’m sure remember Dwayne. I know John will. You can find some tributes on his FB page. I posted a picture of him and I from just a year ago. Cindy and him had stopped in Colville and we had lunch together. We had always talked about going hunting together but it never happened.
Very sad news…..
Dwayne was one of the originals in the PacNW airsoft scene. And had started NWATT and DB Customs in Yakima. I met him at Operation Gallant Saber that PSAC hosted in Auburn.
RIP Brother.

Norseman,
Sad news indeed. Dwayne participated in so many of my events Gallant Saber, Recondo Schools, Jump to destiny, losheim Gap and others. He was enthusiastic and supportive and never got caught up in the tribal, polarizing drama that so often plagues our hobby. He was also a veteran and drew great pride (as he should) for his service to this country. He like many of us were drawn to the hobby as a way to replicate the sense of brotherhood from so many years ago. Norseman thanks for sharing the hard news
