It appears to be ROK soldiers (Republic of South Korea) and the gun looks like a vintage 76mm AT gun. Regardless of what that is, that had to hurt. I'm quite sure broken bones were involved.

I believe those are actually Taiwanese soldiers. At least thats what the original version I saw identified them as.

That would make sense. Amazing that armies still train on 60 year old weaponry other then ceremonial use.
