And the manufacturers are still around, what are the chances of having airsoft versions of WW 2 guns actually done by the real manufacturers. Now and then, we see commemorative issue guns intro'd into the market, so hell, why not something for airsoft market from the horses' mouth?
It's just a thought.

because many of the manufacturers either aren't all that concerned with what US players want,as opposed to rest of the world...or they base their concerns from where many of their contacts are..on the west coast...not alot of WW2 airsoft interest going on there....

"Not alot of WW2 airsoft interest on the West Coast" Excuse me? I suspect you meant to say interest in California where they have their contacts. Lets face it even with a healthy effort here in the NW our WW2 events only attract 50 to 60 players and many are from around the country. The WW2 airsoft market is very very small relative to the M4, box mag, contemporary crowd. Probably the highest volume WW2 airsoft weapon has been the Marui Thompson and it has been considered a dismall failure by Marui in terms of sales. Esepcially knowing that anything you create will probably be immediately cloned by the Chinese. We will eventually see additional WW2 offerings trickle in but I am rapidly getting too old to expect to enjoy them.
