Most of the talk about this event has been happening on the MOA forums. Needless to say it looks like a great turn-out once again. This is the big one, fellas. Not to be missed.
Sir Veilance, are you going to be able to make it?

This is the big one, fellas. Not to be missed. I will second that. This is probably going to have a couple of premiers and will be another very interesting ba64 hosted event.

We will be running three scenarios on Saturday, each one in a different area of the field.
Scenario 1- 10:30am to Noon - Airdrop The 3rd has been trapped in a pocket and is running out of ammo. In order to hold out until a breakout corridor can be made, they must find the supplies that the Luftwaffe airdropped off-target before the Soviet razvedchiki locate and claim them.
Lunch Break - Noon to 1:00pm
Scenario 2 - 1:00pm-2:30pm - Art Appreciation A load of looted Polish art treasures has been squirreled away in a small Russian village for temporary safekeeping after the truck hauling them broke down on the road and was subsequently strafed. The Germans seek to claim them, while the Soviets are bringing up an armored car to haul them to Moscow. Both sides are under strict orders to avoid ANY damage to these rare and valuable paintings.
Rest Break 2:30pm to 3:00pm
Scenario 3 - 3:00pm-4:30pm - Hab Schwein! Forage detail again. The locals seem to have an abundance of pigs on hand. Just the thing to feed a hungry platoon! If the peasants can't be convinced to donate their livestock to the cause, then the porkers will have to be liberated. Soldiers must eat....

I haven't talked about the "Tiger" for this event on purpose. The last I had contact with Will he said he was coming but given the track record, I'll believe it when it happens. So don't let that be your reason for coming or not. This event will be fun regardless as there are neat things in the works. So show up or else deal with feelings of worthlessness afterwards. Seriously, I can't wait. Getting restless for next weekend. If I do get anything more solid on the timetable for the tank I will let you know.

Just like Baltic Summer we did better than just making due without the tank. At the end of the day we're out there to shoot each other. They should show up for their sake. They just don't know how money we are.

Oleg - Your response has me puzzled but no matter. Talked with Will today and he assured me that the Tiger is coming and will be there Friday night. It has been completely upgraded with metal tracks and a new turret. Can't wait to see what he did. I get to be part of the crew. Maybe just one skirmish and we'll let someone else try it. Another reason to come to this one. ;D

Oleg - Your response has me puzzled but no matter. He's my next door neighbor and I don't even know what he's talking about half the time With regards to Conrad who posted last week? Do you still need a ride?

I am coming up from Ohio. If anyone needs a ride, I have 1.5 seats available. 1 front seat and 1 back seat for a person with no legs. ;D
If you were thinking of attending this event, but didn't want to drive, now's your chance to hitch a ride.

I have flown on airlines with airsoft guns. I had no major issues other than some idiot either forgot to put the TSA locks back on or mistakenly cut them off not realizing they were TSA locks and then they let my gun case get mangled and then taped back shut, but the gun and all mags were in it and unharmed.

I am jealous of you guys!! I hope all the new toys worked and that the Tiger showed up!! Any of your new vehicles make an appearance?? I hope so!! I wanted to come so badly, but not being able to take off the whole day Friday made it a bit difficult! As it turned out I woke up this morning (Saturday) feeling a bit under the weather, so maybe it's a good thing I didn't go!! No wonder I felt so tired yesterday I'm glad the weather cooperated and hope everyone had a great time! I look forward to hearing the AAR's and pray I can make the next one!!
