hey guys i'm new here and i have a few questions:
First of all, I would like to know where the best place to get a WWII airsoft gun is. I am aiming for the M1 Garand or carbine.
I already have a m1a1 Thompson, and I am looking to spruce it up a bit with the m1928 kit and drum magazine. Could you tell me where to get the kit?
getting this information would be a big help, espically about the 1928 kit.
thanks

Welcome to the forums!
The best chance for a M1 carbine is to look on Ebay. Marushin stopped producing them, so they've become very, very rare. The newer M2 GBB version is incorrect for WWII airsoft.
The Marushin M1 Garand breaks really easily, but 2ndBat produces an exellent M14 conversion that is fully skirmishable. (I took it up against M4 with hi-caps and won!)
The Mosquito Molds M1928 kit is, unfortunately, no longer produced. I myself am in a desperate search fo one, but with no results. The AZR kit is an utter load of crap. Hopefully some Chinese company will replicate the kit, but until then, you don't have any options.

eddie started the shameless self promotion ;D For an easy way to make an acceptable m1928 (if you have the patience, steady hands and/or machines), i did a "little" write up of how i made mine. ww2aa.proboards45.com/index.cgi?board=technical&action=display&thread=4984For Drums, your three options are: make your own from a springer drum, contact m1928 owners and beg for them to sell you one, wait for me to get on spring break and make a conversion kit for a high cap/make your own (yes, more shameless self promotion, and don't count on this one, as it wont be until at least until i start this )
