I was curious to know if anybody has dealt with gunnerairsoft.com. I followed a link from a post here to his website to look aorund and found some interesting stuff there. It appears a Chinese company is making a wood stock set for the TM M1A1 Thompson at a price thats about $120 less than the CAW set made in Japan listed everywhere else. I wanted to know if anybody had purchased this set and could provide a review. I know the CAW Thompson stocks are made very well and I wanted to know if these were of the same quality or just cheap scrap/imitation wood rip offs. Also, what was shipping cost for this item like and is this guy located here in the States as I have read (shipping from HK?). I've never heard of the company and never seen this stock set so I was wanting to see if its a reputable site before I go any further. It could be an inexpensive solution to my current custom building of a wood Thompson stock set. Its been taking awhile to complete due to other projects and I can handle $75-$80 but not $220-$250 for a cosmetic item on my gun. Thanks for any info.

They are currently back ordered on that item and have been for some time. If their M-14 stocks and AK wood stock repacements are representative they are quite nice. They require a little dremel work for fit but are a great value. Shipping will probably add about $30.00 per set to the listed price when they get them back in. My orders from Gunner have been filled and receieved as ordered. Customs delays with two of them and no response from them on a few small problems but that franky is normal for a Hong Kong retailer.
