My garage frankly looks like the quarter masters supply shack and my wife is about to move out!
I fully supplied literally a half dozen guys for the NW Battle of the Bulge game and didn't even dent the inventory. I figure if I have full gear in a variety of sizes for 10 guys that should be more then I'll ever wish I had so I'm going to sell off the rest! I have enough for about 20!
I have a whole lot of costume quality US uniforms that might be good loaner uniforms for getting folks started. They include Tan jackets, (Epaulets, slash pockets) brown wool slacks, leggings and just enough web gear to make em look good. All a guy'd need is boots and a steel pot and his impression would be pretty decent. I'm looking for around $60.00 per set plus shipping. Lots of jacket and pants sizes. I also have actual wool mustard colored shirts in assorted conditions and sizes for 12.00 each. They are all in usuable decent shape (most have a few small moth holes.)
The jackets aren't lined and not as nice as the typical Stearn replicas you see but many have division patches and rank insignia and frankly look pretty darn good. I realized after this last event that It's really not practical for me to have this much stuff.
I bought them from a low budget local film project proably a dozen years ago and there's a wide variety of sizes. a purest reenactor would not approve but actually they look quite good. Perfect for loaner gear or to get folks started. I can be reached at JDRobison@Aol.com just be sure to mention WW2 airsoft stuff if you're interested. I'm not a business I'm just a guy wanting to get WW2 airsoft off and running nation wide. I'm sure I'm in these things more then I'm selling them for.

John, I'm going to post this over on the COASG forums because we have just been discussing this exact subject- We are planning a SPR event this summer, June to be exact, so as more plan detail gets firmed up I will let you know in case you wanted to make it down, anyway, As soon as it was posted we got a few "Well lets not make it uniform required because many people don't have unis"- so this would really come in handy! Stop by at www.coloradoairsoft.org/index.php and take a look- you may have to register- and get your boy to figure out the spam blocker on your AOL account because all my mail responses to your emails get bounced back and that is also why you haven't been able to register here ;D Thanks! Chris

I appreciate it. I'll try to get on at Colorado Airsoft you can certainly give out my e-mail address to interested parties. Without decent costumes it's really not a WW2 event is it? I can see being lax on weapons as at this stage it's pretty tough otherwise but I think our day for full realistic appearance is coming!
I've had several serious inquiries already which is encouraging along with a couple of "Do you have helmets and boots?" (the very thing I mentioned I didn't have an interest in selling!)

I'm still sorting out what I'm keeping and what I selling. I'm hoping since I'm home this week to be able to drag it all out lay it out in the garage and then sort by logical sizes into a grouping of impressions. Probably about 10 complete impressions (mostly US)
I'll then photograph each grouping and figure out how to market them. Probably Ebay but I'll send photos and pricing to all the folks who have requested it first. (Thanks very much for your patience)
These won't be first rate impressions by any means ( A bit Flaggrantly Wrong as they would say) but they will look quite good and will represent a great buy for folks and an inexpensive means to get the look without spending hundreds. I'm guessing full GI impressions will be well under $100.00. Add boots and headgear and you're there! They'll definitely pass the 10 foot rule.
If you'd like to be included in the "What's available just e-mail me at JDRobison at AOL.com. Mention WW2 airsoft. Thanks

Gads, I have even more then I thought. Years of collecting gets that way. It's an addiction! Apparently I'm more strung out then I thought. Here's the final pricing. For anyone interested.
A complete GI Infantrymans uniform (wool pants and shirt, trouser belt, leggings and tan jacket $55.00 per set.) Give me your chest size, Height and waist size and I'll match them up as best I can. The shirts are real, the pants may or may not be. Some of the shirts are officer and most aren't (epaulets) They are in very nice shape. Note: enlisted men often wore the epauletted shirts as confirmed in pictures. Some have very small moth nips. Some of the jackets have division insignia and rank insignia permanently affixed. Under web gear these costumes look quite good. They have all been worn and are not brand new but in good shape not tattered.
I also have some spare web gear. canteens (25.00) , ammo belts ($25.00) pouches and bags that are redundant to me and about 6 extra helmets all with netting and burlap garnish and camo parachute strips. Helmets would be $25.00, Camo parachute scarves are $22.00 (Nice touch for your impression) I also have army wool blankets $10.00 each and a few actual WW2 wool sleeping bags $25.00.
I'll charge actual shipping and my wife would love it if a bunch of this stuff found its way out of the garage and I would love to see it find a new home.

What would you like in the way of pictures? I'll try to get more posted or if you e-mail me I'll send you some directly. Incidently several sets have sold and I only have a few complete sets left. (Assuming everyone who bid or bought send the funds as promised)

I have five complete uniform sets to ship out tomorrow. Thanks for your purchases and please let me know when you get them and if possible take some pictures with it all on. Hopefully with field gear prop weapons and an appropriate background!
For those of you who asked me to hold a set for you. I'll be happy to do so but stay in touch. It was fun pulling it all out and organizing it into logical size matches. (pants shirts and jackets)
For those who already got yours and asked how to hem the pant legs. My recommendation is stuff them into the leggings or your boots or double them over with rubber bands and coil them until they fit. (Blousing the pant legs) remember these are supposed to be for field use not dress parades so if they're a bit baggy on you, that's great. My fear was they'd be too small. Under the jackets and your web gear they should look fine and in my opinion will be a lot more comfortable and practical. Some of the items are real and as mentioned some of it is not. It is an impression not a museum original uniform! Also I'm not a tailor and my selection was of course limited.
I'm now down to about 3 or 4 more sets that I'm interested in selling. More tunred up as I was digging around. Gack!!!!!
Glad you like them and as mentioned before my wife thanks you. I have three really hokey German costumes. (Plastic helmets with covers, parkas in flectarn or Austrian dot camo with grey pants and quazi emblems. I can send some pictures if anyone is interested. They are all fairly large in size (40, 42 and 44)

A few of you asked that I hold a complete costume for you and I will of course honor your request unless I hear otherwise. I have quite a few of the tan jackets, some wool shirts and several pairs of wool slacks in various sizes. I also have a few steel pots with netting and garnish. I think I sent additional pictures of the stuff to those who expressed interest and will do so for anyone interested, just PM me. I'll hold em for 10 days? Does that seem fair? A full package costume is my preference as it moves alot at once for me and creates the least hassle. With what I have left I'll sell you a jacket, wool shirt, wool pants, wool scarf and steel pot for $55.00 If the stars align and you're the right size I could probably piece together 5 more sets right now? 3 for sure unless you're huge. For cherry picked items I'm pricing them like this: Steel pot with netting and burlap garnish $25.00 (lots of labor here) and a great appearance but keep in mind it's not a WW2 helmet it's just a regular OD, GI steel pot. I'm probably in these $30 to $35 without the work of doing them up. Tan M-41 ish jacket. $22.00 These are unlined but have slash pockets, epaulets and most have rank insignia and division insignia permanently attached. They look great with web gear and are cheap enough that you can muddy them up or splotch OD or black paint on them for improved camo. this was done in WW2 by some units especially units assigned to elite elements and the 2nd Armored division, since Khaki proved to be poor camoflage in Northern Europe. Mustard brown Wool shirts 12.00 These are probably actual WW2 issue mostly in smaller sizes with a few very small moth nips but present a very nice appearance. Cotton or wool Khaki shirts $8.00 (wide assortment of sizes) May or may not be GI issue and most probably (almost assuredly) aren't WW2 but would look fine. Brown/ OD Wool pants (wide variations of colors here which is accurate to the time) May or may not be WW2 issue most are foreign issue but look right. $6.00 Wool scarf 5.00 A nice touch to finish off the look and provides a little additional airsoft protection. Camo silk scarf $22.00 2 feet by 18" made from a WW2 parachute. fresh vibrant color and a great touch for any impression (especially airborne) These aren't the post war vietnam era rip stop chutes some people use to make the scarves out of and sell for way more. Trouser belts Khaki web $2.00 with brass buckle. I need to know your size (chest, height and weight, and waist size) I'll offer these for another 30 days (end of January) then be done with the offer. I really appreciate those who have bought stuff from me and hope you'll all be delighted with what you got and will use them to move forward with WW2 airsoft at an initial affordable price point. With that said ultimately we all want our group to move forward with ever better and better impressions so just consider this a start to your own addiction. However try not to end up with a 30 year accumulation and a garage sale mindset. The hokey Kraut suits I'll sell on Ebay. I watched A bridge Too Far last night and actually my Kraut suits looks just about as good!
