Anyone know much about the Tommy Gun made by Cybergun or where I can get a foregrip to make it like the 1928 thompson?

The tompson...where to begin, well first off I love my thompson made by CYMA, the Chicago 1928 Typewriter is garbage, sure it may shoot great but it's got an M1A1 reciever on it instead of a regular 1928 reciever...Big jerks...
My refurb tommy from kapowwe is great, all I had to do was tighten down 2 screws. Thompsons are a bit hard to go prone with because of the magazine but it is do able with some practice. The version 6 gearbox though has the trigger assembly all in one little plastic peice that is external of the gearbox. This makes it easier to take it apart. Also the fire selecter switch on the thompson is composed of 3 seperate parts hence making it easy to take apart as well. Taking the thompson apart is a pain in the back side majorly because there are 2 small screws that you have to take out in order to take it apart. These are easy to lose, and they are also allen wrench sizes, the specific size is hard to find though. The thompson shoots at 340 fps unless you put in a new O ring because the default O ring is to small. (I can help you with this O ring problem I found really good ones) Once you put in the new O ring the thompson will be shooting very well with a .20 gram. My thompson chronoed at 367 fps average once I had the new O ring in it. The thompson sights (at least on mine) are very accurate, the rounds actually hit where you aim. The thompson is all metal except the stock and lower reciever. Hope that help a little bit.
Also the thompson can be modified to take large type 8.4 v batteries. I also modified mine to have a large type connector on it instead of the small type. When doing the 8.4v modification, don't just take out the foam rectangle, you will destroy the battery wire's if you just leave it at that. You need to heat up the tip of a flat blade screw driver or something long enough to get down into the stock, and then you need to melt away a small little wall the prevents the battery from going down in further, this gives you more room for the wires, and it will enable you to close the stock door with ease.
