Hey guys, I've been working on my American Impression, I just recently got my helment. I also just got my helmet net, my question is how do I put the net on? I didnt find anything on the helemet or liner to keep it in place. For right now I duct-tapped the excess to the inside of my helment (Not what I want) The outside looks great, but I am thinking that is not the correct way.
Thanks for any help

There is no way to secure it other than the helmet liner...you fold it into the metal pot and put your helmet liner inside. So just remove the tape and you're set. Cheers thomas

or you can put a string through the outter part, and use that to tighten it in, then when the liner goes in, Bam...everything is nice and secure.

One tip about the actual helmet nets. They seem too small. They need to be soaked in water and then stretched across the hemet where they more or less form fit. As stated you can then use the draw string to fold them into place or simply snap the liner in over the helmet net to hold it in place. This process of soaking is period correct incidently.
