And there's always www.whatpriceglory.com. *No offense to Zak, I have a few of his items and they are very nice, just suggesting* Although I suggest finding another unit, there are WWAAYY to many easy Co units and they were'nt the only unit in the damn war. I suggest picking an original unit that uh, WASN'T in a movie/HBO series.

the last several advertisements not withstanding.....
a better response would be with a ? are you looking at doing WW2 Airsoft Reenacting as defined by the rules on this board or are you looking to do straight blank fire reenacting or are you looking to add some WW2 uniform items to your airsoft outfits to be able to do a period look?
if it's the first part, then since the founders of the board(read "serious, longtime reenactors) have on numerous times recomended Capt Zak's gear..i would go with him..he has gear that will fit the bill for this. if it's the second, the yes, go with the repro gear companies listed....though a better method would be to find a local unit first and see what they would recomend... if it's the third, than once again,i'd say Zak's.....
as for the unit choice,it's all up to you .....but prior posters are quite right.since BOB there has been a large increase in 506PIR units out there.so much so you'd almost think that Easy won the war or something....lol...hell ,i do a FUSAG unit but that's just me. as for marines, many vets have mixed feelings on that.i've run into both guys who think only marines should be marines and those who think that it doesn't matter for the reenactment field.so that would be up to you....

I would have to agree with the statment made for the Marines, I made shure that it was ok for me to represent a WW2 Marine and did no research but asked him what gear and unifrom I should need to represent it correctly.

My US uniforms are not made in China. I would appreciate you guys getting your facts straight before you offer your suggestions to board members. The only "Chinese" uniforms I sell are the German sets. I also offer german "Premium Uniforms" as well.
You can also attend any reenactment and see a lot of guys wearing the Hong Kong German sets. The truth of the matter...every production run gets better. The guys that hate the HK uniform sets are the guys that spent $600.00 3 years ago on overpriced uniforms.
I have sold more stuff to WWII reenactors than to the airsoft guys. I was a vendor at the 2005 Reenactorfest and I am also a "certified" vendor on a number of reenactor boards. So again, please get your facts straight before you condemn my efforts.
