Service of Supply is good to go! I've done quite a bit of business with them before and they have excellent service! As for the second link... just the thing I've been looking for. I'm looking into making a 37mm AT gun that'll shoot rounds for local airsoft games.... if I get one made I might have to tow it up to Chicago for a game

wow, i could use a .30 caliber machine gun, too bad its not on the produced line at the time. I might wanna like see if i can mod it into an airsoft gun, not as well as schmitty's but eh, maybe find something to fit pretty well inside, haha

I will caution you that on the face of it it seems that there would be oodles of room for a mech box in a 30 cal shell but as I learned from watching Schmitty do his. The dynamics are far more complex that your casual mind would have you believe. Add to it the feed tray or box mag issue and it's not as easy as most people would imagine.
The 37mm looks to be very well done. We used a real one at our last event and it was very very cool. We also received precise training on deployment and tactics which was very cool indeed.

Great links 2ndBatt! I noticed on the site selling the 37's the had this picture.. What the hell is it?? The Sheild appears to be angle backwards and the sides bent in, which leads me to beleive it's a 57MM gun. The top of the sheild also has those strange notches on it. I thought it was a 57 for while but then realized it wasn't big enough. I then thought it was a PAK gun, as I had heard the Japanese got some from Germany. So anyway, does any one know what the hell that thing is??

it looks like a PAK 37, but the picture is from the Pacific right? It could be a Japanese gun based off of a PAK,a US 37 or just a plain old Japanese gun.

Now that my friend is an example of true wisdom!

The people who constantly misspell to the point where you can't even understand them, they need to be talked to. It may be harsh the way we say it to people, but it's the internet, nobody should take stuff like that to heart anyways. And the yelling, thats over exaggeration, rarely does anyone "yell" at somebody for anything here. Take it easy though, I contribute to this forum just like you, and I give my share of knowledge just like you, who said we can't have a little fun once and a while? Knowledge, what knowledge?! You ain't gots no knowledge Dakota! Spelling is NOT THAT HARD people, just take the time with your posts. This isn't an AIM chatroom, there's not need to hurry. People will take you much more seriously is you spell properly. Grammer helps too! Periods, capitals, commas. Makes everything so much easier to read! Look there's even a spell check button!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG!111 Why can't old members joke around and act like n00bz every once and a while? We wanna have fun too. Oh and I can misspell as much as I want, ESPECIALLY when I'm ranting on people for spelling

well, now hold on. I don't mean to "harp" on anybody, but we do need to turn up the seriousness. Put your eyes into a new member, looking for a serious bunch of people that want to WW2Airsoft reenact. When they see threads of people joking around and photoshopping a airsoft gun that get people not knowing its a joke to get their spirits up, it would make them a little disappointed (FYI I fell for it ). It would disappoint me atleast. Also with the signitures-- Please no more "Spitfire loves his koolaid" crap. most of the reenacting community already thinks of us (airsoft reenactors) as childish and stupid, and we are proving their point with these pointless jokes. We need to show them we are as serious as anybody else. (BTW I didn't mean to call anybody childish and stupid, I'm just throwing a generality out there) Now, I don't mean to criticize anybody or give any disrespect, but all I'm saying is to turn up the seriousness, please. I want to see this sport grow as much as anybody else here, and I don't know what impression new members will get from seeing these pointless jokes.

That is why that MP40 thread was in OFF TOPIC, most forums have them, and most of them are just chock fulll of crap like that. I'm not sure if any body here really frequents the WWII reenactor board, but they joke around just as much as us. Forums are suposed to be a FUN place to learn. THink that's one of the things that's so great about the airsoft comunity, it's so close knit we CAN joke around. I think that's an INVITING attribute, no one wants to post on a forum like a bunch of snots. With the quality of some of the impressions posted on this forum, I think an outsider would think we're pretty serious anywho.
Signatures are signatures, so don't go insulting the coolest inside joke ever!!!. Signatures were always a pretty personal space, and people are normall free to do as they choose, including taking the banner of the Commando Supremo site, lol.

I don't recall the Koolaid man having a relation to ww2 but I could be wrong . I don't mean to offend anybody, I was just suggesting a tune-up on the seriousness is all.

I cleaned up this post a bit. I'm all for joking around and having fun, however, some of the comments are idiotic. If you guys feel the need to act like "noobs"...do it in the off topic section of the board.
Thanks for the links 2ndbat.

Here's another neat one: www.alliedworkshops.com/They're a new vendor that's got a lot of cool little knick knacks to round out your impression.
