[glow=red,2,300][/glow] I'm new to all of this. I am thinking about joining an 82nd Airborne reenactment group. I have yet to purchase all of the nessesary equipment. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Depends on what time frames you are doing, what unit you're doing, there are a whole bunch of variables.
Let us know, so we can get you a better idea.

I'm going to be part of a 82nd Airborne reenactment groups (WW2). I already know where I'll be getting the stuff I need- www.atthefront.com-- unless you have any other suggestions.

there are a bunch of places... ATF is really expensive on some stuff there is also whatpriceglory.com , serviceofsupply.com (for miscellaneous...) but just look around. Go to ww2reenactors.proboards35.com and ask them, they also have a list of vendors websites on there. -Cary By the way, ebay is a great thing, just be careful, and ask questions about stuff, before you buy.

Capt Zak is a great local source with great deals on gear and uniforms. Keep it local if you can!
