So I have been using regular plastic bb's and just ran out, I was considering Buying Bio bb's instead but what are they made out of? and roughly how long do they take to break down. Thank you

corn starch for the most part. They take a long long time to break down but it makes land owners feel better.

There is a real difference in quality with Bio bb's. Some of the cheaper ones have enough size tolerance that will jam your gun if you have a tight bore.
I have had good luck with JBU and Perfect using a 6.01. Of course you will need to experiment and find the right one for you.
