I have a feeling Ares is gonna be WWII Airsoft's lucky number.

Nice, but the compensator looks a bit thin...

Since I am obsessed with the Thompson, I've been emailing Ares for more details. This is the email that I recieved:
Hi Paul, We will put the actual photos of our Thompsons on the site next week Please keep your eyes on our website. There will be a new page for both Thompsons with feature! Please ask your local shop or dealer for more information! Best regards, Fanky Fu
I really hope these guns are 10 steps above the current selections. With Ares, I'm sure the detail will be great.

I hope the 1928 model isn't above $300! Maybe they will come up with an M1 Garand AEG that loads magazines from the top and doesn't eject the mag when it's out of ammo. And also for under $300

Yeah if this is going to be over $250 I'm probably not going to be able to buy it. When your 14, $20 is equivalent to $100.

Even if I had the money I wouldn't buy it. My group is trying to have more garands then anything.

I'm hoping this is really expensive. Simply because I already have to worry about a bunch of other guns. I hate airsoft, so many guns so little cash

It will be interesting to see if they are Compatible with the current mags out there or if they will be proprietary mags.
Its also a shame they didn't bring these out last year before I built my first 1928A1 and started on the second one.
