The interviewer guy calls it a "G&G Tanaka CO2 gas bolt action rifle" at 4:33. Also noticed by the member Graeme on WWII Airsoft uk, an engraved marking reading "ASGK MFG TANAKA WORKS" can be seen one the side of the receiver. You'll be able to see the marking on the last picture on this page. www.gasgunempire.de/forum/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=419Seems the so called prototype is a Tanaka Kar98 with the new G&G CO2 magazines. Its good that the mags will work in the Tanaka at least.

I am guessing they just haven't made a finished a prototype rifle and are using a Tanaka. Maybe I am wrong.

Maybe I am wrong. no they only used the tanaka receiver it looks like, it seemed like the front sight didnt didnt look like the adjustable (windtage) front sight blade like the tanaka has. also the trigger plate and trigger guard is different, on the tanaka there is a locking screw and the big screw infront of were the magazine goes, on this prototype there isnt, and the trigger guard did not have the magazine realese like the tanaka has, but it did have some sort of an insert where the realese may be placed.
