I wanted the same thing a couple months ago. I have an obsession for helmet nets and ive always loved the 1/2 od 7 helmet net band of brothers net. I did lots of research to see where BOB got the helmet nets. I found out it was What price glory. Its got mine for 15 bucks i think. Its exactly like the ones used in BOB. Its hard to get on tho, u have to wet it and stretch it out. Once put on, it looks great tho. Its tight fit and not loose. here is a link onlinemilitaria.com/shopexd.asp?id=290&bc=no

I got mine from there but it was way too small for my helmet so I had to cut some holes into it. I gave it to my JROTC instructor as a gift because he collects militaria too

Hi guys,
Thanks very much for the WPG link. That is great. So I would have to select the "Olive Drab Option" from the color menu? This is great because I was going to order a Thompson Sling+ parachute scarf from them.
Thanks once again.

I stretched it out real good, it just wouldn't fit over the shell. I think mine was made too small. I now have a marine's 1st pattern repro cover on it for looks until I repaint it.

Found the guide i did a while back , now this is for Original Nets not repro nets , but it will work the same way , i just noticed that most repro's are smaller than the Original nets . Place the net on a flat surface , more or less in a diamond shape. Next place the helmet over the net with the front towards the top corner of the net Now grab the front corner of the net , place it inside the helmet and secure it with a piece of masking tape Next grab the left chinstrap and feed it through one of the squares in the net and then around the swivel bail Repeat this step on the right side Now grab the back end of the net , bring it into the helmet and pull on the string Make a knot on the string and place the helmet liner back on the pot You are all done

I GOT IT!!! -_-
That was enough of a struggle...... you really do need four hands.
It looks great, but I really dont like how some of the color faded when I wet the net.
Other wise, great for 6 bucks.
