So you mean to use this rifle as a memorial? I dont completely understand what you're asking.

One word: punctuation. You won't find too much available for $200 or less depending on what condition you're looking for, or depending on what you're planning on doing with it.
Maybe a model gun would suit your needs a little better.

Hm... There's nothing that cheap yet, maybe you should try a Thompson, or wait for g&g to release theirs.

You won't find a working Airsoft M1 Garand for that price. The Marushin Gas M1 Garands don't work well and are $500 anyways. Custom Electric M1 Garands are going to cost you at least $300 and I am talking used. You could try to build one yourself from an airsoft M14.

And to make it really skirmishable you need to make it out range the Full auto guns and be 100% more accurate at range. witch will add allot of $$$ to it.
From what I here, G&G M14's are very good out of the box. Their new M1 is based on the M14 so If you want an M1 I'd wait for that one.

CYMA and AGM M14s are pretty skirmishable out of the box even on semi. Anyhow the G&G M1 Garand is going to be out of his budget.
