Very impressive. Naturally I wish I knew what the host was saying about performance, availability and cost. I also wish it was a springer instead of gas.

Wow, I like it a lot! The full bolt travel is especially nice. Hopefully the bbs and gas can be reloaded from the top, without removing the magazine.
After Google translating the video description, it's supposed to be out mid to late November, with a price of 44,980 Yen ($559.38).

Loading from the top in the gun is not going to happen but thats cool that it is going to be commercial offering. The wood and components look identical to a DENIX non gun replica. I just did a marriage between a Denix replica and a BAR 10 springer. The price if correct is very reasonable as well. I doubt well see it as soon as suggested (that just never seems to happen). Its obviously a Japanese offering based on the language but was there any mention on the manufacture? If Japanese unfortunately it will no doubt be under 300 FPS!

I of course have never heard of IRON or Baton but the pictures and video look terrific. At $561.00 it is expensive but a bargain when compared to a KWA. Or a custom one off.
Hopefully with the adjustable bolt it can be made to shoot hot enough to be skirmishable as a bolt action rifle which in my opinion means it needs to shoot at least mid 400 fps and be fairly consistent. Unfortunately gas guns are so influenced by fill levels and outside temperatures that "consistent" is a relative term.
Great seeing new offerings. This ones very impressive!
