This game has been shelved, 10 players does not an OP make. MSE will do a WWII game when the demand is there, right now it needs to grow.
If you have any questions, comments or just want to converse...PM the MSE Directors, Claymore & Frosty.
If you have not already received your refund I assure you it will be in your account this week, PayPal has decided to take an extra few days to process the original transfer. MSE apologizes to those owed and are still listed on the roster until payment is sent. Email registration@milsimevent.com if you need further explanation. Thanks, MSE Directors.

I know I'm a bad bad man...Please understand that I'm not trying to undermine you in any way. I think it's great that your holding events and raising the bar and all. Playing evil devil advocate...in the site's gallery, 2007 D-Day pictures...there are 2 Herr generals and a Panzer Officer. They look like they are sporting the Swastika on their uniforms. Is this a new PC development or has this always been in place? Why are these guys special? Did I miss something? Am I a dick? How are babies made? What is the square root of 42 to the 10th decmal point? How many stiches does it take to get to the center of a tootsie roll? are tootsie rolls authentic to the 1940 period? Ok, I swear, I'm done. I will not rear my pugly head up on this one any more, promise. Good luck and I hope you have a great and fun event with many many people in attendance. I wish I could make it out to OK. Sorry but I looked through the album and no one is wearing a Swastika as I can tell. www.ddayadventurepark.com/media/pics//29/1184184183_IMG_2209.JPG Now this the image your refurring to? I not trying to be mean here, if I came off that way to you I am truly sorry.

I understand this and am sorry again this is not our rule but D-Day park rule.
I know most won't like the idea of covering the patch up. Were just having have fun and would still love to have some player from this site. We are not re-enactors but it is encouraged, sorry if your uniform patch is not excepted.

So anyways, as someone new to milsimevent events I have a few questions.
1. For those of us coming from out of state, will on-site camping be allowed such as what occurs during the OK D-Day event?
2. For those of us old enough, is beer or booze allowed in the campsite, should camping be allowed?
3. What form of censorship is required to "denazify" what would otherwise be a historically accurate uniform? (Does a little tape over the sewn patch work?)
-or-
4. Are there any "no swastika" exceptions for re-enactors and such whose patches are sewn? (Because somebody's gotta do it, we portray soldiers who were otherwise ordinary human beings who by ignorant virtue or birth or otherwise served under an evil regime, we are not Nazis ourselves, nor care for politics in general on the playing field.)
5. What waivers must be provided by participants and where can they be found?
6. As new data is provided concerning policies and regulations, can a consolidated post, or perhaps a data post and a FAQ post be formed to contain such data, rather than multiple piecemeal posts.

"No Swastikas Please" >>>> Ok you want me to take my insignias off my tunic, cap, etc. and drive and pay to be in this event? And you want this to be a top notch accurate event? No thanks. Just place some tape over the patch and your ok, per D-Day Park owners rule not milsimevent rule.
