What I propose is simple, at least in theory.
I am sure some people hate having to use mags and what not in their bolt actions because it's not "realistic"(I don't care personally) but the shell ejectors are just too impractical and for the most part not skirmish-able. Now, I am not a gun tech, airsoft tech or anything that would qualify me or this idea to actually work but it makes sense in my head.
What if, the mag was built in the gun?Not like the mosin nagants that have come out, thats too awkward to reload in the middle of a battle. But how about where the actual bullets would go? What i propose is that a person should be able to load his rifle, not using a magazine but rather a speedloader from the top. This would replicate a stripper clip in a way. this would mean the bolt would actually have to be pull able at least further back then most are now. If for whatever reason the mag fails it should be easily replaceable and removable.
Main problems I for see is, Loading with a scope and I am not sure if this could be doable with a springer which is what most want. Also you'd need to run around with speed loaders but bleh.
