I placed an order with this company two weeks ago on an item their web site stated was available with seven in stock. Their price on the item was higher thsn two other sites for th same item but they showed it as on hand. They took my money and showed the sale as "processing". 10 days later it still showed as "processing". I sent several emails with no reply. At two weeks I placed a call. Their web site still showed the item as available. The eplained that in fact they had been sold out for about THREE WEEKS but had some more coming within a week. I called the distributor to learn that none exist in the country and it will be at least a month before they arrive. They had at this time none enroute to TULSA Airsoft although several retailers have requested the item.
I hate being deceived (either accidently or deliberately and i definitely don't like being lied to.). I asked for my money back and await my refund. I will happily take my money elsewhere especially given a lower price and will NOT do business of any kind with these folks.

They've done the same to me, I also attempted to order one while "7" were in stock

Inexcusable but apprently effective because some buyers will always elect to leave their order in place and through unscruppulous means this company grabs a sale and at a higher price even!

Same happened to me! Placed an order last friday, with the processing note, and 5 in stock. 2 emails later with no response, I made the call and got the info 2ndBat got, month to get the shipment in and have it shipped out. Load of BS. Don't Go Here!

Same here, no response, in over a week, I had to call them and then was told that they were really out of stock. At least my refund came in 2 days....

I will put together a group order direct from UKARMS which requires a minimum purchase of six or twelve rifles. I kinda hate to do it without having seen and shot one previously but the dollar amount is low. I will sell them for $55.00 each plus shipping and obviously will keep several for myself. I have a couple commitments to buy them. Anyone else? Just PM me. I won't ask for funds till they 're sitting here ready to ship. I am also trying to secure spare magazines for them since we're no doubt going to want to try nd cut them down

Will do. I have ordered a carton of 12 of them and six are now spoken for. No need to send me any funds until they are in my possession and if something comes up I will notify everyone with updates. $55.00 plus shipping. Having not handled or shot them obviously I hope they don't suck too bad!

Anyone know of spare magazines? I couldn't find them on the website
Also, I can't figure out how to create an account on ukarmsairsoft wholesale, did you need to contact them to make an account 2nd Bat?

You have to be a liscensed dealer to buy direct from UKARMS.

So after roughly 2 weeks, and numerous phone calls, I still have neither my refund or shipment. Every time I called, the web administrator was "Out", so each time they took my name and number and said they would call when she was back in. LOAD OF BS. never got a call from them. 3 days after my initial "where's my refund" call on tuesday, I finally got ahold of the web admin. All she had to say was that her boss was taking care of it and my refund was late due to him having banking trouble. I can see why! After getting the run around for the past week, I can safely say I MIGHT get my money back within a week. This isn't WWIIGuns.com kind of bad, but it still is pretty crappy customer service if you ask me!

When they tried to convince me to leave my funds as a pre order and said a new shipment would be arriving in a week I knew better and that's when I decided to insist on my refund. i really don't like being LIED to.
