I would like to remove the orange tip off my b.a.r. because reenacting purposes. But I sometimes go to games that require it, is there anyway I can just take it off but just slide it on so I can play in the other fields?

Get some orange duck tape, for the times you need the blaze on the front end

You should be able to use an allen wrench to unscrew it from the flash hider

From the looks of my friend's BAR, you would need a flathead or a chisel to pry it off.

Don't use direct heat. Stick it into a pot of boiling water instead.
