We had been playing for over a day then (not non-stop though), so we were pretty tired. I was running on about 3 hours of sleep there, I spent much of the night probing Allied lines!

They really do look great and there were more German aggressors then you see in that Quick shot. In addition Helmutt had at least one change of clothing for all of them so as the event wore on through the weekend the OPFOR moved around in somewhat different impressions which gave the impression there were alot more of them then they were and challenged the GIs to provide detailed and accurate "intel" descriptions of their opposition at the various mission phases. The Battlesim guys do a great job as OPFOR for the various events in addition to being a very effective team in their own right.

looks good! congrats you have alot of stuff there, something to be very proud of! Here are my suggestions, find an old grey blanket to go with the fur pack (it looks awesome when you do that), did you know what the fur is for?.... its supposed to be used as a pillow! youve got a good kit going, just use the splinter for your army impression and not your SS one.
congrats! -Gordak

I'd love to, but the only event I'll go to on the east coast is the WWI reenactments in PA. It's just too much $$ if you know what I mean. Ya man, I was feeling a little Guy on a short bused there... I would like to make it out. But have no plans of doing in soon. Maybe when i get 18 and can rent a car... Sorry to spoil your dreams, but rental car companies don't rent to anyone under 21, usually not even to people under 24. Insurance/credit issues.
