Yo, I e-mailed Shoei and told them that I wanted 3 of there model gun mags and I told him I was going to make them into airsoft gun mags. This is what he said,
Parts were ordered today, please wait for a while. I want to sell BB magazine as finished goods.
I don't know if he will be making alot of them or just ones for me but if you need some mags they might get some in stock some time in the near future. I will tell you guys when I here back from them.
;DBy the way my gun shoots great, I have had upgraded AEG's but this is way better in every way. Totaly worth the money. ;D Have you shot yours indy

Lucky you! I still haven't shot mine...I ordered all of my parts from McMaster and bought my tank....but I am still waiting for my stabalizer from Palmers.
I will have to e-mail him as well and ask about the magazines. From his email it looks like that's what he meant....they are making some more.

I e-mailed them again asking how many they were going to make. When I was shooting my MP44 I tried it at 120 to 150 psi and it seemed to shoot best at 120. Also mine with the hop up all the way off shot with amazing long range and accuracy. ;D

Here in AZ the weather is very hot...so CO2 will not freeze very easily so that's what I'll be using.

I am using CO2 here in Oklahoma, I am surprised at how long a 12oz (I think 12) can has lasted, about 13 mags, my regulator has a constant leek, and there is still gas in side. The guys over at classic airsoft said for maintenance we should "use a 10 weight silicon shock oil from an RC car, about 2 - 3 drops in the palmer (also someone said hose) when it starts to act inconsistently". Hay Gordak what do you do for maintenance?

the hose in the handle will deteriorate too, so get soem spare macroline.
so far as your reg leak, you might need a new oring on the tank. -Gordak

I am using a Palmer's reg, when you get yours you will see a small hole in the front end, that is where it is leaking. I will send it to them to be fixed. I love life time warranties. ;D 7,000 yen is about $60 us so I will try to get 6. Just curious but Gordak how many mags will you have.

Hay Gordak, You said you ordered 7, so have you paid for them? They told me a few days ago I should weight until it's on the web page. I just want to buy them as soon as I can before they run out. Thanks

I think that they take orders from those who need the mags now, and then produce some extras just in case someone is going to need at some later point. I don't think they are going to make more, for at least a year then...More MG42's, the rumored MP40, rerun of MP44, and so on.

I payed for my 6 mags today and it was about $416. I have had some trouble with my MP44, sometimes after full auto and back to semi I will hear a zzzzz as the bolt goes forward at the end. It will do this a few times then I will pull the trigger and there is no action, just co2 coming out for as long as I pull the trigger. By charging the bolt handle It will work again just fine. I am running it at 120 psi, could it be it kneads to be at higher pressure? It seems to be happening more and more often. Thanks

If i'm not mistaken, most people run theirs at 150psi.
Btw. you can replace the recoil spring with an M4 recoil spring, for more consistant and faster recoil.
