Surfin the webs and I was wondering how often were Italian camo trousers worn by the Heer, Ive seen the SS use them but the Heer not so much

It undoubtedly happened, though most likely with troops serving in the Mediterranean where they'd have access to Italian supply depots. You probably wouldn't see it in northwest Europe or the Eastern Front.

Very, very rare. Stick to standard wool or HBT for heer.

I agree with Issah1944. Stick with field gray wool.

You can find pictures of Heer wearing Italian camo fairly easy on the web. But the pics are mostly of anti partisan Heer units in Yugoslavia from what I can reckon. Pretty rare bird for heer in NW Europe.

Yeah, its not that common to see. I'd avoid it.
