Hey I am just wondering, how many german reenactors use a side arm?

Mostly officers, mg crews, armored/sp/at crews, and anyone who could acquire one.

Honestly, a side arms is highly recommended. You just never know when you'll need one to save you when changing out a mag.

I use a cheap PPK. For the amount of times I have used a sidearm it doesn't make sense to spend alot on one unless you want it to just have and or collect. The P38 is a very nice looking replica though.

All Fallschirmjager troops carried sidearms, or at least to my knowledge they did.

on the topic of side arms, does anyone know where there is a place to get an STTi Luger. I can't find one place that doesn't have them sold out
