Hi WW2AA,
Alright. I have a quick question regarding an issue with my bar. I bought it a year ago or so and haven't really used it. (just for some background) Anyway, i decided to open it up because someone asked me if I wanted to go airsofting. I opened up the box and noticed that my hop up cover/bolt cover was not going back into place properly after i released the charging handle. In fact it was stuck in place. I also noticed that the fire selector was a bit wonky. If i pointed it towards f and pulled the trigger, it moved to A. And if I put it all the way back on safe it still moved over that little node in between A and S. The only way to actually put it to safe was by turning the selector so it was parallel to the gun's barrel but facing backwards. I tried to fix it but ended up pulling it out by accident. I looked online for some videos and forums to fix this, but I have't had any luck. Yes, there's tons of BAR posts but nothing on what i was having trouble with. So, if you could help me, I'm having trouble getting the darn hop up sliding cover to work correctly with the charging handle. (i took the receiver out so i could access it. However, when the charging handle goes all the way forward the little rail piece sticks out, causes it to slip) And also I'd like some help as to how to put the selector switch back in. Thanks guys.

The wood kit does work, as for your other problems, I can't help you there.

I'm delighted to say I haven't had the issues but wish I could help with some suggestions. Good luck with it and hopefully someone can jump in with some tips.
