Hey guys. I was wondering if you can you Leather Cleaner/Conditioner on leather stuff like belts and Y-straps?

I have a friend who swears by Neet's Foot Oil they sell it at farm supply places.

Use Pecards Leather Dressing. Do a google search for it. I had a Victory revolver holster that was cracking and Pecards brought it back from the dead.

I second the neets foot oil recommendation. You can find it at any Tractor Supply store (in sizes up to a gallon), farm/tack supply stores, and in small containers from any good surplus store (under the Kiwi/Camp Dry brand label). US soldiers have been known to soak their boots in the stuff, to assist in breaking them in.
