Cool! Est-ce que tu pourrais traduiser en anglais pour les mecs qui ne parlent pas français?

Your work continues to impress. I thought you were making the rear cage in plastic but you show redoing it in metal. The rear cage has always been my bugga boo and since I don't weld I was hoping to learn how you might do it in plastic? your approach efforts however are very inspiring.

"bugga boo" is not accepted by the translator ... an other word ? i remade it in metal because i have pbs with the glue and i think it will be not enough strong but i don't finish it for confirm on this pic, the next step was to adjust the rods with heat and glue all of them on the ring you can see on the bottom tape

In that case he meant the rear cage was always a problem because of his difficulty welding.

I was busy with other activity but I restarted this project. Lots of little things on this pic : - I suppressed the wire because glue doesn't do the job, it really anger me - I adjusted the rear and fixed it with aluminium rivets - machining the bolt wih spring for electrical conduction (just screwed on the ring)

Today was a rainy day !! One rocket is finished and two others are in well progress. the firing system is ready : 2 flexible wires for putting on the contact spring and two stiff wires for introducing in the rocket. There is a fine wire missing on the pic for making the fuse.ette.

Here is the gluing of the fins : I have made a puck and I put the inner tube inside, gluing the fins and put the external tube with glue. And this is the secret of the firing.

So the faux rocket (which looks great) will insert in the bazooka and be fired with the trigger set up but the actual projectile will be a bottle rocket sort of deal? essentially sub caliber munitions. That's really cool. Believe it or not back when we trained with LAW rockets there was a sub caliber munition that mirrored the actual trajectory but had no warhead and of course was less costly so we could fire them at actual moving tanks. We got pretty good at until they started makng us wear protective eye protection as the tanks mounted full automatic pneumatic steel BB guns and were able to suppress us.
This was in the 70s and on some level (other than backyard BB gun wars) was my first exposure to airsoft type battles.

in the 70s, I born LOL This is still impressive to paint the dummy, it looks great. On the left, I had painted with acrylic for plugging wood asperities.

So cool. brilliantly done. it is strange to completely finish a project as it always feels like something further can be done. I don't know what I am more impressed with. the bazooka itself or the shells! fabulous job.

first...lest everyone shout me down as a kill joy...lol...i think the work you have done is OUTSTANDING!!!!!....i can't begin to go on about how great the detail of this bazooka project is......form, fit and function are damn near perfect....here in the US though you'll run into issues with electrically firing anything in a horizontal plane...(as per ATF/Atlanta in 2003)..even a bottle rocket..(though that might be given some leeway..)if you can get this to work off the shell design from John....that would be AWESOME!!!..many fields here won't allow pyro used that you aren't right next to in case it starts a fire or such..so just about everything now a days fires nerf vortexes from either a co2 reservoir or a stock 40mm shell..but like i said...i do love me some bazooka and recoiless action..lol.. my own projects from 2002... www.floridaairsoft.com/reviews/bazooka/smg.photobucket.com/user/airsoftshooter35/media/MVC-005W.mp4.html?sort=3&o=44

I was thinking the same thing but knowing he lives in France I wasn't concerned about it. Definitely potential issues with its use here in the US.

As close to perfection as one could reasonably expect. I don't know what i am more impressed with, the launcher itself or the ammunition? Both came out extremely cool.

Very cool pictures! with your ammo bag and overall set up you looked to be well outfitted to be effective against the "pillboxes" and fighting positions that were on hand. too bad you didn't have a loader and team to give you cover from your apparently sneeky opponent!

In fact I was the loader but my gunner was killed, and cover made what they can. I used 4 lives for succeed to fire one time.
We were under bullets rain. Very cool play time.

You should be able to realize it with my tutorial. You just need a drill and a hotair pistol and time .....
