PPSH 41 hop up fix?Help

I have a Snow Wolf PPSH41,I bought it to skirmish and as a bit of a novelty,basically it's a rebrand of the S&T ,Ares model,only with polymer stock,not wood.i have assumed it is the same components,perhaps some gearbox internals may be different who knows.
As soon as I unboxed it there was no compression or range,intermittent feeding,on the chrono it is any thing between 80-343 fps.It has a split hop up with a kind of ball joint,I put some builders silicon in here and it then seemed to start working,although accuracy was poor up to max 190ft,after 100 shots I was back to normal ,the seal was broken again,I then put some strong uhu
glue in and let it set overnight,same again good results and then loss of air seal.
It just starts double feeding,the odd good shot,and then jams bbs in the hop.Even when it was shooting ok the hop was erratic as the adjuster drum rocks about with lots of play,when barrel is out the rocking is moving the nub up and down,vibration is moving the hop amount when firing due to this loose fitting.
There is a metal feed block that is attached to the gearbox front,it moves around at least 1 to 2mm,it that normal for this gun,this part is the tube that connects to the mag to the hop unit,and forms one half of the ball joint,the other half of the ball joint is on the hop unit ,when the barrel swings down to shot-gun the receiver ,the ball joint comes apart,the hop and barrel has a large spring to push the 2 halts of the ball joint together,the nozzle only just reaches the hop rubber.so I seem to have at least 2 or 3 problems that seem unfixable,I have tried more glue and even screws to help cure some of this but I am getting nowhere,I already have a jghk416 with a split hop ,this works ok then starts with the same shooting problems as the ppsh.  annoying,I love my guns that work every time.
i had read some good reviews that the ares ppsh shoots great,Maybe these are different components or just assembled badly,but I have found some posts where the hop unit was faulty on this gun,it's just a shame as it has some great features.
Any of you guys have any advice,or could PM somebody who does know anything,to put a post on.the 3 problems are loose hop adjuster drum,bad airseal in the split hop unit,and movement on the rear half of the split hop unit that feeds the bbs from the mag.

Hi i have seen posts of people with issues with these hop ups,and i think i know what it is.
simply changing the hop rubber transformed this gun it not bad at all now.
i fitted a lonex 70 degree rubber,all i had left at the time,Although i believe the spring In the gun is 370fps it only puts out 345,so it should in theory be a 50 degree rubber.
You cant put the rubber on the barrel and slide it in the hop like on a normal gun,but this is an Ares crap design,so the opening in the hop is same diameter as the barrel ,you have to fold the rubber in on itself insert with tweezers and unfold by letting go in situ.Luckily the rubber was perfectly orientated fo me, it would need to be taken out and refitted if it was at an angle and the barrel window was not pointing straight up.
There are 2 grub screws that slide in slots and stop the hop popping out the outer barrel when you open the gun by swinging the front end down,you have to screw these 2 screws inwards to slide out the hop from the main gun.wind the 2 grub screws back out agian or they will fowel on the inner barrel and stop it coming out,also the hop rubber will tear if you do need to keep it.
The drum mag has a catch on it that hooks on to the mag catch on the main gun,the catch on the mag has a vee cut into it,this is the bit where the main mag catch locates.I put a piece of metal in a vice and used a hammer to sread out the sheet metal a the top edge of the vee,this is called peining or cold forging.This has the effect of pushing the mag further upinto the magwell and makes it feed,as mine would not without,also i shorten the catch that holds the bbs in the tube of the mag when it is wound up.This stops it rubbing on the bbs when the mag is in the gun,this can cause bad feeding also.

I had an S&T and not having any of these problems.

It was feeding correctly and the hop worked OK. Servicing the hop-unit was normal. I think it has the Ares hop-up type still.

The only issues were with the crap tamyia connection and mounting mags were occasionally harder.
