I'm sure this has been asked before but I'm looking for an M35 or M40 however I have a small head (56") hat size 7 & am not even sure what the smallest shell size that is made.i understand that liners are made for my size but obviously don't want a shell that my head looks like it's swimming in! Any help would be appreciated

Thanks,Hessen Antique said no one makes a repro 62 or 64 size shell in either the M35 or M40 & that I'd have to get an original,if anyone knows otherwise please let me know

Actually, if you have a small head size, getting an original should be pretty easy. Usually the smaller shell sizes are cheaper and easier to find too. If you can get an original shell, get it. I really have yet to come across a repro that really compares to an original. Try German Helmets Inc.

You can get original 62cm shells for less than $100. Most repro shells are like 68cm..much bigger than most original shells.
