Does anyone know if someone makes a Gewehr 43 or Gewehr 41? Also, if they do make one, will the mags fit into Kar98 ammo pouches or will they need their own specific type? What kinds of things besides the norm would SS snipers carry? I know the basic field gear, uniform, etc. But anything else? Bandoliers or the such? Any help would be nice.

nobody in the airsoft business has any intentions on making a gewehr 43 or 41. If you decided to go the custom route you're likely to spend lots and lots of cash on a real steel gewehr 43. Initially german soldiers armed with gewehr 43 and 41 carried one kar98 pouch and one gewehr pouch. the reason being they would use the kar98 stripper clips to reload the gewehr magazines.

How could I easily convert a Kar98 to a Gewehr? I know I could Just get a scope and mount for the K98, that would be fine, but where can I get those two items, perferably unissued original. Also I would like for the scope to be not secured far up the barrel of the gun. Somewhat near the point of a gewehr 43 or 41. Sorry for all of the questions!!

The tower sight. You can mount it on a Kar98. Try ebay, they are going to be quite expensive.

A real tower mount, from era or modern "repro" is going to cost as much as the rifle.
Look for a side mount from Maruzen.

I think I want a ZF-4 scope, and now that I've seen the prices on originals, I want it to be a modern repro. You guys must think that I'm some rich spoiled kid, talking about wanting this very pricey stuff!!! No, I just didn't know how much certain items can cost.
