I've been having issues with my gas K98 not firing. First it seemed like a bolt spring issue, then it seemed like a gas issue. Basically, the only problem I haven't seemed to have is bayonet charging. Having a friend look at it at the moment.
I was wondering if anyone's had any issues and managed to fix them. Don't ask for specifics because, quite frankly, I pushed it from my mind.

Any help would be appreciated greatly. I love the gun when it works and want it back in my arms soon.

Last evening I was looking at the G&G G980 that is working fine and there are countless things that can go wrong.
