Hello,
I can't determine this through the youtube videos, but can the AGM Sten magazine be rotated so it's fed from the right side? I'm working on a Breda 30 conversion and am looking for a base gun. Since i know it can rotate from feeding from the left to the bottom, i was wondering what the part looks like and if it can be moved for right side feeding?
Thank you, Hunter

I think the problem is with the hop-up feeding hole. My guess this is on the left. You can rotate the magwell for transportation bur I don't think this will feed in the lower position. Even if you are considering mounting these in reverse, my best guess is the hop-up won't work as it will apply pressure on the bottom of the bb.

You probably could some how, but the big problem is the hopup nub will be and the bottom and probably wouldn't work properly. Let alone even being able to seated into the receiver properly.

Do you guys know of any gun you could feed from the right then?
Does anyone have a picture of the hopup/magwell on the AGM sten?

You're project is very ambitious - from all the LMG - this is one of the most difficult to do because of the places were everything goes - www.germandaggers.com/Gallery/G5.phpI have no idea if you can fit any GB in that place. I would say to check the fit for a V2-V3 Gb first and avoid the need to get the motor in the stock. Than there is a huge gap from where the GB will end and the place where you can locate the hop-up based on the insertion of the magazine. You will need an extra long nozzle - which I am not sure exists. Feeding from the right is another problem - personally I would start from a AUG hop-up and drill a hole from the right side and fill the original one so the BB are not dropping. Obviously as part of your custom receiver - you should create some feeding lips to push into magazine as a normal hop-up. Alternatives are with a feeding tube to feed from the bottom (most hop-up units) or the top (ex P90 hop-up or some different MG) - but this would require probably an electric feeding mag. Or - cut clean the feeding part of the hop-up and relocate to the correct position. I wish you luck - if you manage to get this done - it will be one of a kind!

It definitely is, however I will be building the body from scratch so some of the dimensions can be modified just a tad in order for it to fit together.
The biggest hurdle is a right feeding magazine...
Is the hopup for the AGM sten on the top or on the right side? Then i could drill a hole into the right side and fill the bottom that way..
