Nick and I are trying hard to keep these events going. Not sure why there's been a slight lull in interest and responses lately, so we thought a quick poll might help us get a feel for another try for an event in July.
Please try to answer on both location and dates. If you answer "other" for the date, please let us know what alternative date would work for you.
Also, feel free to chat it up here on whatever may be on your mind.
Thanks and hope to get some good responses here.

Granted I don't have work, the location is usually more of a problem than the date. Is there any fields in CT (besides GZA) or maybe MA, somewhere more southern in NY, or NJ that could be considered? I've gone up to the Albany area with my family when I was younger, it was a 3-4 hour drive depending on traffic from where I live. I love WWII airsoft but the drive is unappealing to me, especially considering I no longer have the buddies who used to do the road trips with me.
That being said, I understand that plenty (maybe even most) of the regular players do take a 3-4 hour drive to the fields. I have much respect for that, and obviously the event should be held at the field which draws the most players.
Lately I have been pumped up for some airsoft after taking a break for a few years.

AJ Hi AJ, I don't think the APE field is has far away as you may think. It's actually 45 southeast of Albany. For me, it's a little closer than GZA from Long Island. It takes me a bit over 2hrs to get to it. I've provided a link for the field address, check it out. www.albanypaintballexperience.com/find/

A summer event in New York is next to impossible for me, unfortunately. I'm sure interest for a road trip out there is still present here in Michigan, though. A field further west would be better for us, obviously, but a properly hyped 2 day event at any field out there may generate attendees from here. On a side note, maybe I should add you to add the Michigan Facebook group? There is interest at games of a road trip, but there is an overall lack of information other than that which comes from me. Putting you in the group will expand your audience and resultantly your players on the field.

I took a look at the estimated time from my address, not too bad. I'd be ok with driving there, the Vermont location is a bit out of the question for me though lol. AJ

The event (Operation Husky) has now been announced on a separate thread and will be hosted by Sgt Diez.
Will try to help him in any way I can.
This poll is now closed.
