I would say that would be very useful in almost any game allies need a nice support weapon.

If you used proper tactics, it could be quite useful.

Provided the game limits mag size and enforces reasonable ammo restrictions while having most gunners designated as riflemen (semi auto) a crew served MG with full auto is very effective and it's role becomes quite significant. That is the way we play and it works great.
We usually have a MG for every 12 to 14 guys or so. They have to have at least a crew of two. Gunner and ammo bearer.

How high should the FPS be for my 1919 is an m130 or m120 a better choice?

You probably want to be well under 400 FPS with 20 gram. Depending on the gun and barrel used a 120 spring should put you where you want to be. As you go to stronger and stronger springs your wear and tear on the mechanicals goes up significantly. The 120 is pushing the limits even when installed very well with excellent tolerances. (Proper installation is the real key to durability) The 130 will not produce significantly better performance in terms of range or accuracy so I say why bother? A support weapon that works is significantly better then a support weapon that breaks on the field. Typically they are fired hard and often so they are incurring alot more stress then most weapons. Keep it mild enough to keep it functioning

I use a 120 on my m16a1 and shoots around 370-390.
