I was looking in the military section of said website and I found this: www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=131554My question is: Is it worth it? Has anyone bought this particular item from them Any and all opinions will be taken into account. Thanks

AFAIK, the Sportsmans Guide WWII stuff is all Sturm repro...so its all good.
I have however heard negative things about their webgear...and have handled a cartridge belt that I believe came from there. I was not impressed, the grommets kept coming off.

Not all Sportsmans Guide web gear is Sturm. Some is the "cheaper" India/Pakastani gear. Unfortunately if you order, you receive whatever the order picker grabs. So it's hit or miss. Sportsmans Guide shipping has also become ridiculous lately.

I have ordered from them many times, and some of their stuff is kind of trashy, but overall a good experience.
($17 for shipping though? !@#$)

If you're looking for Sturm gear drop me an email. I can still order directly from Sturm.
