For Fallschirmjager and Kreta '41 fans, not sure if this is new but it is a movie based on the invasion of Crete and the Cretan Partisans. I just discovered this film myself and ordered it... should be here today or tomorrow. Here is the link to the website that has a great trailer: www.crete1941.com/home.htmEnjoy!

Yes, let us know how it is! I saw a trailer a few months back, and I have seen some of their prop stuff pop up on eBay. Looks great.

Received the Movie and watched it this morning before work.
The Documentary gave the side of the Cretan resistance and British special forces that were operating on Crete from '42 Through '44 including A first hand account of the abduction of the German General by the British special forces leader.
Many Cretan civilians and Resistance fighters give first hand accounts of these years and the brutality on the indigenous populus as well as the brutality towards the occupation forces.
As a history geek It absolutely filled a gap for me as anything pertaining to WWII and especially early German Airborne does. It does have some contradicting information about the Invasion and way too many Baggy Fleigerbluse's. It seems the uniforms were provided by Lost Battalions.
I would love to hear the side of the German Mountain and Paratroop veterans.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone It was well worth the $20 price tag!
