I have a TM M1A1 Thompson and have been dying to use a sling without the worry of breaking the barrel off and without paying $150 for the Cyrus Bridge. Well, after some searching on the internet I found a thread from a UK airsoft forum created by a guy who had some barrel fixes machined. I've not seen the Cyrus Bridge before but this seems to be a "bridge" itself. The guy has about 10 left last time i heard and is selling them for only £10 plus shipping. I think that is a wonderful deal compared to the $150 Cyrus Bridge. I'm currently talking to him about how much shipping will be to the US as well as what types of payments he will accept. Here is a link to the thread that has pictures of it. Someone please let me know if this is similar to the Cyrus Bridge. forums.ukairsoft.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=36490&perpage=15&pagenumber=1I'll keep everyone updated with more information as I receive it. -Collin

similar to something I made the other day at work. I should have measured twice and milled once but alas it was a first draft i'll see about some pics. That is a good price depending on postage here. I couldn't see milling something for less than 50.00 shipped in the lower 48. I hope this guy is still making/selling these

So far AllAmerican's milled piece is working perfect. Had to whip out the dremel for a quickie touch up to get the screws in there but that just added to the fun!
