No, unfortunately, I don't have any custom guns to show all of you, but I do have some questions that I hope you can answer to help a fledgling custom gun enthusiast.
Is it easy to modify a replica gun to fire BBs in any configuration (Gas, AEG, Spring, etc.)?
Has a working BB stripper clip ever been developed for the Kar98k and, if so, how does it work?
Is there a working Mosin-Nagant BB gun (I would like to make this my first project if I ever raise enough funds to do so and one hasn't been developed)?
And finally, and most importantly, how much does a custom job cost on average?
I'm sorry if these questions have been answered in previous topics, but if you could provide a link to them, I will be gratefull. Thank you for your time.

I know there isn't a Mosin-Nagant out there, and if you wanted to try converting a gun into a Mosin-Nagant you could try the VSR-10.I picked a VSR up on Ebay for $100 to convert it into....well something ;D

anything is possible, but the ammount of work is staggering, custom guns are for the chemically imbalanced, fanatisism and improvisation/creativity are a must. Id say the average custom gun project is around $1000, and then you have months of labor.
You really need alot of experince with the non custom guns first,

Does clinically insane apply as well ? I am aware that it takes time, dedication, and money, but the thing that fascinates me the most is creating something that no one else has done before and developing your own little 'systems' to use in the gun. I just like building things really and I love anything to do with WWII. So, 1 + 1 = 2 ;D I was thinking of just converting a Mosin replica and making it a springer (that would make the most sense) but I don't know of any competative and accurate spring "gearboxes" (or whatever the term is that applies to springs). Could someone point me to one or show a link on how to create your own spring "gearbox"?

To my knowledge, I am not aware of a hugely complicated system for spring guns. Schmitty?

Spring guns = h*ll to me because when you open them up, you are opening up a gearbox. They have no gearbox. That is true with alot of my lower quality guns.

yeah, but you can throw a spring gun into a wall and the internals won't break.

Tell that to my old thompson, lol. Brick walls didn't seem to like it that much. Point is, don't try it at home!

It does seem appropriate to use a spring gun like a VSR-10 or APS-2 to convert a bolt action rifle to airsoft, What bugs me about those guns is that the upgrade parts are sooooo expensive. I don't get that? Schmitty

Its because they are built to withstand quite a lot of stress. If you are only going for around 500fps, the upgrades can be quite cheap and still be durable.
