Try taking the receiver apart and checking out what's wrong with it. It's attached with a spring that allows it to slide forward after pulling it back. It might have just gotten out of alignment.

Ya like Fenrir said. Just take it apart, and there's a little screw that holds the lever in place. Retighten it and you're back in business.

Awsome I kinda thought it would be as simple as that, but how hard is it to take it apart and put it back togethter again, (never done it before)?

It's not that hard but you have to be careful not to pinch any of the wires running from the gearbox from the battery. There's also a peice that holds the long screw from the stock into the receiver that your not gonna want to lose.

take off the stock and un-connect the wireing from same.....pull back the bolt and depress the hold down tab at the back of the reciever.then slide the lower reciever forward and the whole lower with the motor/mechbox should come off..much like the real steel.there is a small machine screw that holds the bolt handle on through the slide plate.over time and "cocking" the screw will become loose and begin to waller' out a larger hole in the plate.get some lock-tite and tighten up the screw.if necessary, replace with a screw with a wider head, not thicker.this ought solve the problem.then just reallign the lower into the slotted sections of the upper reciever, pull the bolt back.then slide the lower into place until the tab at the rear of the reciever pops into place.then reconnect the wiring and attach the stock.....done.
hope this helps
