Hello,
My thomspon finally arrived today, and I can't wait to get it spewin'. The only problem is that all of the instructions are in Japanese, and I can't figure out how long to charge it. I'm sorry if this has been brought up before, but I just want to know how long I should charge it for. Also, I know on some AEG's the first charge needs to be longer, how long should I make that charge for, and every charge after that?

using the stock charger,you should be getting about 200 Mah an hour so devide that into how many Mah your battery is and that should be how log you need to charge it...i.e...the battery is 1200 Mah so you'd need to charge it at least 6 hours..i put an extra 2 hours for my first one...what you charge it dependent on what type of battery it is..nicad,nihm ,etc.

On the charger it should say so many Mah per hour. Just in case it is different from what Savoy says. Same math involved though.

6 hours really? I got one of those RC chargers from Radio Shak that Jeff recommended and it was done in like 45 minutes.

yeah..one of the quick chargers can do that...not sure of the name brand..but i've found that the battery seems to go dead a good bit quicker than when i slow charge it...just my experience,your milage may vary...lol

is the battery one of those where it will stop charging when it is full.

Nope, but you can get chargers that will stop when the battery is full.
